Certificate IV in Leadership and Management


This qualification is suited to applicants that provide leadership, guidance and support to others within their organisation. It recognises and builds upon the skills and abilities of emerging team leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts, whose role includes some supervisory or team leader duties such as leading a group project or assignment.

Diploma of Business


This qualification is suited to those who wish to gain high levels of supervisory, decision-making and problem solving skills across a range of business functions, including the development and implementation of plans to support business objectives.

Diploma of Government


This qualification is suited to those working independently with supervisory responsibility within government departments at local, state or federal level. It is ideal for those with a diverse range of responsibilities who wish to develop high level leadership and communication skills and a deep understanding of the ethics and principles underpinning all aspects of public service.

Diploma of Procurement and Contracting


This qualification is suited to people currently working in a position with responsibility for the management of complex procurement and contracting. This specialist qualification covers the competencies required for independent and self-directed work as a procurement and contract manager in the public sector. Participants may have existing skills and experience and may be looking to build upon their knowledge and seek formal skills recognition.

Diploma of Project Management


This qualification is suited to project managers who are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a project. It provides the skills and working knowledge, as well as the understanding of methods, techniques and tools available, to plan and manage projects that achieve the goals and objectives important to project managers and their organisation.
