UNE Partnerships' two day Fundamentals Workshops focus on developing a consistent, overall approach to the nine functions of Project Management through the lifecycle of a project.
Workshop activities encourage application of workplace projects, and use existing procedures where possible. The practical skills and knowledge developed can be directly applied over a wide range of projects and industries.
