Certificate IV Bridging Program
TRAINING SUITABILITY
This Bridging Program is aimed at practising training and assessment professionals who hold BSZ40198 and wish to upgrade their qualification to meet the National Quality Council (NQC) policy on trainer and assessor competencies.

| Entry Requirements: | Candidates will hold the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198) and will gain recognition for 5 units of competency in the 10 unit program. Candidates will be practising training and assessing professionals and are required to provide evidence of currency for the relevant units of competency. Candidates will also need to supply a certified copy of their BSZ40198 qualification unless issued by UNE Partnerships. |

| Assessment: | Comprises one integrated assessment task covering units with partial or no equivalence. Students must also confirm currency in training and assessment by providing a CV including referees and details of professional development activities for the previous two years (to show currency in vocational competency). |

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Given that some participants may already be able to demonstrate their competence in some units, a recognition of prior learning assessment process is available to acknowledge skills and knowledge that may have been gained through formal and informal training and/or learning, work experience and life experience.
