Those working independently within government departments at local, state or federal level. This specialist qualification covers the competencies required by those responsible for ensuring statutory compliance with the requirements of legislation, regulations and government or organisational policy.

Study Workload: 5-10 hours per week
Entry Requirements: Students need to be currently working in a public sector organisation in order to complete the required assessment tasks. No prior qualifications are necessary, although numeracy and literacy at a minimum Year 10 standard are required to demonstrate competencies.

SKILLS OUTCOME

At the successful completion of this course students will be able to:

  • Promote and assess compliance and non-compliance within a regulatory environment.
  • Evaluate data collected through interviews in assisting the investigation process.
