Candidature: 12 months
Study Workload: Estimated study is 10 hours per week over 12 months.
Entry Requirements: No prior qualifications are necessary, however minimum of Year 10 numeracy and literacy is required to demonstrate competencies.  Participants should be in a managerial role supervising at least four people. Ideally they will be responsible for budgeting and projects or have access to this information.

These skills are required to gain employment, or establish an enterprise, to progress within an organisation to expand employment capability, with the aim of achieving individual potential and contributing successfully to organisational strategic outcomes.
