Supervisors with a technical/trade background now  supervising others including team leaders, project managers, office managers, leading hands, coordinators and forepersons.

Candidature: 24 months
Study Workload: Estimated 6.5 hours per week over a 24 month period, although it is possible to finish in a shorter period.
Entry Requirements: No prior qualifications are necessary, however minimum of Year 10 numeracy and literacy is required to demonstrate competencies.  Participants should be in a managerial role supervising at least four people. Ideally they will be responsible for budgeting and projects or have access to this information.
