SKILLS OUTCOME
At the successful completion of this course, depending on electives, students will be able to:
- Strategic planning and implementation of an organisational strategy
- Leadership styles and planning
- Promotion and management of continuous improvement and learning
- Development of business plans and business operations
- Financial management, from the preparation and analysis of responsible budgetary plans and decision making, to the development of capital investment proposals.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Given some participants may already be able to demonstrate their competence in some units, RPL is available and acknowledges skills and knowledge that may have been gained through formal and informal training and/or learning, work experience and life experience.
