- Diploma of Business provides a solid foundation for developing knowledge and expertise in key business strategies, people management and business marketing for new or experienced managers.
Strategic Focus
- Advanced Diploma of Business Management develops advanced
strategic planning skills and practices in areas of management, continuous
improvement and business operations.
- Advanced Diploma of Business (Human Resources) focuses on developing the human resource manager’s capability to design and implement a set of integrated human resource systems, processes and practices that suit the needs of the organisation.
- Strategic Planning and Leadership Program (SPLP) provides an alternative pathway from the Diploma into the Graduate Certificate programs with the University of New England.
Corporate customisation
The standard modules for the two nationally accredited qualifications (Diploma of Business and Advanced Diploma of Business Management) can be customised or reconfigured to meet corporate requirements.
