Business Training Program
These competency based qualifications have been designed for workplace relevant learning that is directly applicable to the workplace.
Administration
Administration is for those wishing to gain knowledge and expertise in personal skill development, workplace relations, financial management, and occupational health and safety.
- Certificate III in Business Administration develops
general administrative skills
- Certificate IV in Business Administration develops significant administrative skills involving supervision and organisational responsibilities.

Frontline Management
Frontline Management provides the necessary skills to become an effective team leader, providing the interface between the workplace and senior management.
- Certificate IV in Business (Frontline
Management) is suitable for those with some autonomy with some responsibility
for projects or team direction.
- Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) suitable for managers and supervisors with a technical/trade background including project managers, office managers, leading hands, coordinators and forepersons.
Business Management
Business Management qualifications are designed to develop capability and structure within the business.
- Diploma of Business provides a solid foundation for developing knowledge and expertise in
key business strategies, people management and business marketing for
new or experienced managers.
- Advanced Diploma of Business Management develops advanced
strategic planning skills and practices in areas of management, continuous
improvement and business operations.
- Advanced Diploma of Business (Human Resources) focuses on developing the human resource manager’s capability to design and implement a set of integrated human resource systems, processes and practices that suit the needs of the organisation.
